Here at Jenkinson Legal we offer the initial 15 minute consultation absolutely FREE. We will never require you to put down any money or give a credit card prior to having a phone consult. During the initial phone consultation is where we will listen to your legal issues and go over options with you. However, we will not provide any legal advice during the initial consultation. This free consultation will help in understating the legal process and provide information so you can make an educated decision on how to move forward.

The initial phone consultation is free. After the initial consultation there will obviously be legal expenses to work on any case. During the free consultation Jenkinson Legal will give you the best estimate on potential legal fees as well as throughly explain how the engagement fee works.

Can I Pay For A Consultation And Meet In Office?

Yes. Our paid-for consultations are by far the most popular consultation option we offer.  When paying for the consult we will go over your entire case in detail, including the creation of a plan laying out how your case will be handled. These consultations are as complete as they can be. We highly recommend prospective clients to bring all pertinent documents which they have questions about to the consultation. The typical paid-for consultation lasts between 1 and 1.5 hours and cost $350.
